The GRP001W1 is a men's watch equipped with a smooth 1/5 second chronograph movement. The band is made of fine Italian tanned leather (with a certification tag). With its smooth 1/5 second chronograph movement (with calendar), it is an excellent and functional product.
The Italian leather is oil leather that has been soaked with plenty of oil. Oiled leather is soft and moist to the touch, and has a deep color and gloss. It is a process that takes an enormous amount of time and money to slowly soak special oil into the leather. The result is a leather that is moist and smooth to the touch, and whose color and luster change deeply with use. It is also resistant to dryness and requires very little maintenance.
